These support pages provide 1st line support to allow you to configure mail services provided by V & A Computers.

The tabs on the right of this page provide direct links to Adobe Acrobat documents  which may either be read online or printed out for later reference while configuring your mail services.

You will have been told which type of mail account you have, unless you have been told otherwise your mail will be POP, however there are only two choices "POP Mail" and "EXCHANGE Mail".

The third button, "Web mail", gives details of how your mail can be accessed when out of the office or away on holiday.

Additional services may be added to your mail account at any time for a small additional cost. These are mainly related to the Pop mail services; the most popular being auto-reply.

With this feature you can send an automatic reply to any email received even though your computer is switched off. If you would like further information on this feature please fill in the contact form below.
